This following document sets forth the Privacy Policy for The McKenzie Clinic.

Security Of Personal Information

We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We may hold your information in either electronic or hard copy form. Personal and Sensitive information will be destroyed securely once the appropriate time limits have been reached.

Your personal information will only be seen by staff ‘who need to know’ and it will not be shared outside of the organisation without your consent. With your consent, only that information which is necessary will be shared.

There are many aspects of our website which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, to contact us through the website you may be required to submit personally identifiable information.

For each visitor to reach our website we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the website, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at our website.
